In the time between the Cross and the Crown, God is using the evil serpent for the good of His people.
Where exactly does prayer fit in the armor of God?
Without the Spirit of God enabling us to understand it, the Word of God will remain just like any other book we read, or voice we hear. But with Him leading us, the Word becomes light, power, and life.
For a Christian to stand firm, he must maintain his hope in final salvation.
Jesus Christ is our peace, and He gives us the faith that extinguishes the flaming darts of the evil one.
Jesus is the source of truth and righteousness for the believer. To put on the belt and the breastplate is to put on Him.
The Armor of God cannot be separated from Jesus. To put on the armor is to put on Christ.
The devil is scheming on you. Are you aware of your weaknesses, and his plots against your soul?
There is a spiritual battle taking place beyond the reach of your eyes. Are you aware of it? Do you realize that you are engaged in it?
