In 1 Timothy 6:11-12 Paul gives us the Christian’s call to action. We see that the Christian life is a Spirit-empowered call to action in which we are to turn from sin, pursue virtue, and fight to persevere in the faith as we take hold of the eternal life that we have been called to.
